Ivan started his professional career as an analyst with private consultancy organisations. With over thirteen years of financial market experience, his professional focus has been market developments, investments, and management of pension funds.

He is currently Head of Benefits Advisory and Business Development at NBC Ghana Trust, with overall responsibility for pension fund advisory services, market information on retirement provisions, scheme design, and service standards.

He holds a first degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from Central University College and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana.
