How It Works
As a contributor to an NBC Ghana Trust scheme, you can now use a portion of your retirement fund balance to secure a home loan for a primary residence. This service is made possible by the Pension Act, Act 766, which allows members to use their pension contributions to access mortgage financing.
To be eligible, you must be a registered member of one of the following NBC schemes:
- Provident Scheme
- Group Pension Scheme
- Personal Pension Plan
